Good to know.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the scope. After a free first call you receive a written proposal with a fixed price or a clear budget per milestone, so you know the cost before any work starts.
Do you work with companies outside Bolzano?
Yes. We meet clients in person across South Tyrol, in Bolzano, Merano, Bressanone and Brunico, and in Trentino, and we work remotely with companies across Italy and Europe.
In which languages can we work together?
Italian, German and English: in meetings, in the documentation and in the software itself. Multilingual applications for South Tyrol are part of the job.
How do you handle our data when using AI?
Only with your agreement and on infrastructure you approve. Data can stay in the EU, we use AI services that do not train on your data, and we explain clearly what is processed where.
Can you take over or improve existing software?
Yes. We start with a short review of the code and the infrastructure, fix what is urgent first, then improve the rest step by step.
Who owns the code?
You do. The source code, the data and the documentation are handed over to you, with no lock-in.
